Entering the Campus

NCBS campus has implemented a registration system for campus entry that aims to streamline repeat visits. It is best if you can inform us in advance (archives@ncbs.res.in) about your visit so that we can help and get this set up. After we confirm your visit, you will receive a link to a form on your phone/email address. The email will be from "VMS", or Visitor Management System, and you can just follow the instructions. You will need to show proof of any government-issued ID. Alternatively, if you show up at the GKVK Main Gate during normal working hours, inform security that you are visiting the Archives at NCBS, and they will call us to initiate this process, which takes about five minutes. You will need to register and obtain a gate pass.

If you face any difficulty during registration, you may call us at +91-80-2366-6010 / 6011 for assistance.

Security staff can guide you to the Eastern Laboratory Complex.
